Three and a half years after the false criminal cases were filed, we've finally been assigned an excellent Public Defender who plans to present our case as it deserves, and expose the crimes of our neighbors against us including conspiracy, false statements to the police, and perjury.

Our Public Defender showed the prosecution some of our mountain of evidence today- FINALLY. The prosecutor was most unhappy to realize that my arrest was pre-planned hours before it actually happened and that the witness statements were flat out LIES.

We received word today that the prosecution has dropped all criminal charges!
THANKS SAT!
Now, time to move on to the next step- getting justice for what has been done to us.
